He used to skip from mistress to mistress without a care or an emotion in the world, but now he’s fallen in love with his mistress and he’s questioning whether he married the right woman!
This woman told all her friends she’d met the man of her dreams and enjoyed a large, showy wedding, but she’s already bored of him and can’t stand it when he touches her.
This guy is married to a hot, pretty, sexy girl, who will do anything to please him in bed, and yet he constantly fantasises about this twice-divorced, been-around-the-block woman who doesn’t give a damn about him but who only does no-holds-barred, nasty, messy sex.
She used to frown on “those women” that slept with married men and yet, here she is: involved with a married man.

He spends his every waking hour trying to sleep with as many women as possible. He says and does whatever is necessary to get into their knickers. He doesn’t really like women but he’ll happily leave his deposit inside them.
She is a respectable and married member of her suburban community, and so are all her friends, and yet they are all having affairs and they all know about each other’s affairs. They all view it as innocent and necessary fun. There is a single girl within their group and they all feel a little sorry for her.
She is forever complaining that men are shallow and always go for the “pretty package” and yet she only dates gorgeous men, who will happily fuck her a few times then move on.
Are these contradictions or just normal, everyday life?

People's hearts are always in conflict with their heads. All those animal instincts; chemicals whizzing around our bodies, creating all these emotions. Intellectually, we may think we want certain things in life, but our bodies make us desire completely different things, things that seem irrational even to ourselves. All part of normal life I guess...
All too common. As Tess pointed out above, people are in constant conflict. That's the nature of humanity.
