Just The Way You Like It

Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis wrote this wonderful song for The S.O.S. Band and, in the chorus, Mary Davis sings, “I will give it to you just the way you like it.”

But how many of us are getting it just the way we like it?

Ladies: is your man assertive enough?  Decisive enough?  Creative enough?  Is he still full of surprises or going through the motions? 

Men: is your woman still making an effort?  Is she still doing all the kinky things she used to do?  Does she still put her tongue THERE?

Sometimes you come out of a session and you think, “Yeah, that is just the way I like it!”  A sexy attitude, the right amount of foreplay, the right kind of foreplay, a few nasty touches of kink, and the perfect selection of fucking positions over the right period of time!

And then there are times when you just doze off thinking, “Oh, well.  Not great but better than nothing!”

Getting it ‘just right’ is so tricky.  You need to identify what does and doesn’t work for you, and hope to hell it tallies with your partner.  Discussing this kind of stuff may be uncomfortable, but it’s vital to say, “Actually, can you NOT cum in my mouth?”

What you’re actually looking for is a level of consistency.  Dull as it may seem, you want to know that, when you enter the bedroom (or wherever), it’s always going to satisfy you!

And I’m not talking just ‘orgasm satisfy’, I mean totally satisfy!  I mean: “Put her butt to sleep” satisfy!  I’m talking wicked flashbacks the day after; that leave you with a goofy grin.  I’m talking the kind of session that makes you want to write a poem!

And THAT is one of the key reasons why married people stray!  Maintaining that level of consistency over 10, 20, 30 years is virtually impossible!  You are faced with many decades of unsatisfactory coitus of compromise; NOT the way you like it, week in and week out!

In your head, you have a menu of things that always rock your boat.  Weird as it may seem, your partner must be made aware of that list of ingredients, so they can cook the loving just the way you like it!
